Tramadol dosage question?

I am taking tramadol for fibromyalgia. (regular not extended release) I need to cut down from 100mg to 50mg but only have 100mg tablets. I want to break them in two but keep hearing people say to not do it because of dosage problems. Even the pharmacy is unsure. Any medical or pharmacists’ help will be very much appreciated. Bill my doctor said I could lower my dose myself to the smallest amount needed but not to take more than 300mg a day without calling him first, but I believe 50mg to 100mg a day would work quite well. The only other medication I take is 350mg carisoprodol once a day. Thanks again!

Did my friend overdose after taking 2 differnt types of pills?

My friend took 1050 mg of carisoprodol and then 3 hours later he took 3 pills of 7/325 mg of oxycodone. He and I are worried because he has been throwing up ever since and anything he puts in to his body makes him throw up. This is his first time using any of these drugs, notheless abusing pills. We want to know if we need to get fluids into him and when it will stop.
I’m going to say that the ER is not an option and it’s really his body just rejecting anything. I may note also that he took both of these pills before eating anything.

witch would be the best for relieving pain?

I just lost my job so i also lost my insurance and i need a pain reliever till i can get my new doctor. ive looked online and i guess there are three pain prodicts i can get without spending like $500 by going to my doctor without insurace then buying meds. so they are Atarax (Hydroxyzine 10/25mg), Ultram (Tramadol 50/100mg) and, Vanadom (Carisoprodol 350mg) so would any of these do anything for my pain? witch one would be best?

Autopsy Report – Toxicology Blood Levels?

Blood (femoral)

Hydrocodone (Vicodin) – 0.20 mg/L
Carisoprodol (Soma) – 6.8 mg/L
Alprazolam (Xanax) – 0.08 mg/L
Acetaminophen – 24.0 mg/L

Stomach

Hydrocodone (Vicodin) – 7.8 mg/L
Carisoprodol (Soma) – 270 mg/L
Alprazolam (Xanax) – 4.2 mg/L
Acetaminophen – 794 mg/L

Any suggestions on how to analyze these numbers would be appreciated.
